Subject: RE: 16 Week Half Ironman PlanSean, I have the first month up. You can see and start using if you want. I will have the 2nd month up tomorrow and the 3rd on Saturday. Sunday I should be adding the strength and core workouts to the plan...though the first month is totally usable SBR-wise. Check to make sure I don't have any Nyquil workouts included...you know...36,000yard swim instead of 3,600...or any intervals at HR zone 10.
