Calling all interested... I offered to captain the Team Southeast squad & here's my public goal announcment, 70% of my uploaded 12wk HR training plan =
S - 13,100 yards
B - 10hr (600 min)
R - 4h (240 min)

Do you need something to make you commit? Turn off Dr. Phil and get off that couch
Post your public goal announcment on this thread and I'll add you to the spreadsheet. Distance or Time (minutes) for each of the 3 sports.

66 days until my first Sprint race of the year, this will bring me to day 35...just what I needed!

Don

It seems small compared to everyone else but here goes.

Run: 300 min

Bike: 600 min

Swim: 300 min

This is considerably more than last month.

Hopefully my calf will hold out.

Don:

Now that I am back in the States, I'll join this little multi-sport challenge.

Put me down for:

Swim - 17,120 yds
Bike - 900 min
Run - 62 miles

This is if I hit every training day and two races!

OK, here we go!

Aloha,

Brent

Me too?

I need to put my swim in minutes (since training is in the community poo' Undecided).  Do you want my bike and run in the same format?

If I flub at St A's, will you pro rate my performance?  Thanks, Captain!

I have everyone goals that have been posted up until this am. I think I posted a blog on all your respective logs "inspire me" saying I got them. I'll check your logs for the weekly results around lunchtime on Mondays so please try your best to have your logs updated by then.

If you still are tri'ing to figure out what to do, don't worry I won't be coming after you

Go Gators!

Hey ya'll!

For the first 2 days of the month (wk1 or 6.7% of the month) we're at 7.4% of the team goal. Woohoo we're rocking now...
