Tell me what you're using and if you like it or not.  Small business apps only,  Seems I should be able to do this without breaking the bank, right?

thanks for the replies.  I think I'll check out QuickBooks since there's only 3 people on the payroll.

I use Simply Accounting and have for 4 years now - never had an issue. Although, I've heard a lot of good things lately about Quickbooks.

Quickbooks now and in my last position. (Used ADP for the job before that.) QB works just fine.
