After my long run i had this horrible stomach ache ALL night and it was the kind thats really low on your stomach like below you belly button where you feel like you have to go #2. Does anyone else experience this or know what the deal is? Im assuming that it has to to with fuel and/or hydration. But i had like 3 bottles of water when i got in.

It was about 12 in 1:30.

Longest you've gone in recent history?  It's most likely your body dealing with the stresses you put on it.  If you're not used to it, it's a lot of jostling that your insides go through.  It's normal.  You might try slowing down a little, see if that helps.

is it gone now?  Last time I had that pain it was appendicitis.

When I was marathon training, long runs would cramp me up, but it always hit at mile 10 or so or right when I was done.

Are you taking NSAID's before or during your run?

I had a friend who had severe GI issues after pretty much every long run she did. She was taking a few Advil before each run to help with inflammation and read an article in a running magazine about how it can cause some problems. She stopped taking NSAID's completely for awhile and her GI issues went away. I don't recall the exact connection between the NSAID's and her issues but it sounds similar to what you are experiencing except that her's was chronic...to the point she almost had to have an exploratory surgery to make sure nothing major was wrong!

Also, when training for my marathon earlier this year I would have an increase in trips to the bathroom for most of the rest of the day following a long run. I'm not sure if it was the fact that I only consumed sugar for a few hours (Gu) or if it is just the jostling but it always went away later that day or the next.

Maybe I missed it, but what are you consuming pre, during, and post-run?

I always feel that way after racing long - I felt that same feeling after both 1/2 marathons I ran. I didn't eat or drink anything unusual and did not use NSAIDs. Just something that happens to me when I run hard and long. And sometimes I feel that after short races as well.
I wouldn't worry about it if it went away.
