Subject: RE: where did the mojo go? post race blahsI'm having similar issues. I finished my first tri this past weekend. When I was done, I had a ton still in the tank even though I finished 30 minutes faster than my initial goal (granted the goal was very conservative). From talking to people and reading posts, I expected this huge rush or some euphoric high. Instead, I felt like I had just finished a training session. I didn't push myself because I wanted to finish. I have another tri on the 20th. I'm going to go nuts on this one and push myself really really hard. Maybe if I finish with nothing left I'll feel like I accomplished something. As it is, I'm definetly feeling the blahs. Has this happened to anyone else? |
