|  Subject: Help - I'm getting slowerEver since I got my new bike a couple of weeks ago  (It's RED ) my running is slower.  I'm not doing bricks or even biking & running on the same day.  I haven't even gone on any really long rides yet.  When I run, my HR stays in the low zone, but I just can't seem to get my legs to move.  Do I need to taper my running while I build up speed and distance on the bike, or should I just keep pushing both?  (My swimming times have stayed the same )
