Subject: Friday 7 am ride

Friday at 7 am Myself and Rottieguy will be doing a long ride out at Kensington and IL. We will be leaving from East bout launch. Everyone is welcome. Can't make, 7 let us know and we can arrange a swing by time.  There will be a run  following.

I have nothing against Thursday, but the boss who pays me say's I have to ride in the factory.

Throw some aero bars on the trike and you are golden.

 

Trix - I miss you still.    In August I am free to weekeday workouts.  Yay layoffs.

I fantasize about being able to keep up with you two but that's just a fantasy.............

I won't be out and about till much later in the day for my last 4 hour bonanza before I pull the trigger on Breakwater.  Still waffling................

I think that you know in your heart that you want to do it... a HIM that starts in the AM.  You already have the fitness girlie... I say go for it.
