FYI - the Windsor Tim Horton Triathlon has been moved and the time has been changed:

RACE START CHANGED TO 8:45 AM

Triathlon/Duathlon/Try-a-Tri venue: Riverfront Park, Riverside Drive at Manning, Tecumseh

I don't know how, but I will do the sprint this time.  

hopefully my knee injury will magically go away by this weekend!
