Also, generally, your run shoes should be 1/2 a size to a size bigger than your normal shoes to stop your toes hitting or rubbing the front of your shoes when you run. Hope that helps. Failing that, when you're running, concentrate on thinking about how your feet are in your shoes, i.e., are you clenching your toes? I dont think you said whether the blisters are on the front (tip ) of your toes or on the little paddy bits (sorry, i'm no doctor, lol ). Hope you manage to get it sorted. |
