Subject: 50Km ride completed
Just wanted to celebrate with some like-minded individuals after completing a 50Km training ride on Saturday. I was surprised how much the average speed dropped compared to my normal 10 mile rides but very satisfying riding over 50km!

hey d00d, congrats on your 50K!

you'll notice that it gets harder and harder to maintain a higher overall average speed the longer you go. keep on riding and it'll be easier to maintain that average.
