Subject: yet another training question - over doing it?when i do laps, i normally do about 3/4-1 mile (1250-1800 yards ). if i'm comfortable doing more distance than what the training program calls for, should i do more? or should i stick to the program so as not to burn myself out? (i'm using the 18 week spring distance - http://www.trinewbies.com/1TPIntSp.htm).i may also end up spending more time on the bike than it calls for. running shouldn't be an issue, since it the thing i enjoy the least. |
