22/11/09 Windsor Run

What's your expected distance and pace? I would join, but I'm still rehabbing an injury and don't want to slow anyone down. I could join the group and then just bail after a certain point. I need the company and pressure to keep up!

No real plans... was just planning to go out with whatever others were doing.

Just picked up some Spitfire tickets though, so needs to be 10:00ish start.

Maybe 45-60 minutes, pace, well if it's too fast I'll get pretty quiet

give me 2 weeks and I'll be making it out here with y'all

I had a good outdoor run this morning, so I think I would be fine to do a slow-moderate paced 60 minute run tomorrow. Could we do it earlier than 10am though? I'd like to be home by then - or at least before 11am, if possible.

Yes, a slow run would be good. Tim and I decided that 8:30AM was good on Sunday mornings (although he can't make this week)... so stick with that? Whatever pace you are comfortable with is fine for me. If it is only the two of us, just let me know where you'd like to run and I'll meet up! I am partial to Ganatchio though... but it really doesn't matter.
