I ride a roadie with no aeros though, so YMMV. Thanks for this! I used to have problems with both hands going numb and I've since made a conscious effort to take the pressure off my hands and stabilize myself more with my core- but still my left hand will go numb on really long rides. And this is exactly why! For what it's worth, I did try switching watch hands a while back, thinking this was the problem, and it didn't help. But it could. |
