Subject: RE: High heart rate during trainingMy usual training rate is between 170-180, but that still puts my max heart rate between 212 and 222 (! ) Once I get up around 180, I can feel myself starting to really huff and puff. I'm really not training at a great speed, either - 9, 10 minute miles. I haven't worn the HRM during a race, so I'm not sure what my race HR is. Maybe I'll strap it on during the tri this weekend.
I just checked my resting heart rate as I'm typing this, and its about 63. I need to do some LT tests to see what's going on... |
