Ok I've seen the other threads and tried to work off them.  Just got some pictures back from Baker Triathlon and put them on a cd (since my digital won't copy anymore to the PC)  So I can upload them to Photobucket, but they are still at around 200-400KB and BT won't take em.....

I'm a knuckle draggin Gorilla when it comes to this technical computer stuff.

You have to mess around with the resolution. It took me a whole two hours of frustration to get one of my pics to size out.

Two questions:
- What operating system are you using (windows, mac, linux)?
- Are you using any special software to store/organize your pictures?

There are a lot of "free" downloads that will resize images, but they probably come with "free" spyware. Knowing what you've got on your system will help narrow it down.

This is decent photo editing software that does lots more too. It will take you a while to learn to use it (but what software doesn't), and as far as I know it doesn't come with the usual Spyware!

Ok thanks for the help,  think I've finally got it.  Figured out how to screw around with resolution...  Using Windows and I have a Lexmark photo editor (think it came with my printer....

My Album is growing.  Now if I can find pictures that make me look slim and fast.....NOT!  Pictures just remind me of my age.

Glad to hear you've got it figured out.

max is right, irfan is a good tool and easy to get into for resizing. I use it off and on as well and I haven't found any spyware or other garbage associated with it.

Great pictures in your album and Butter looks like a good running partner (labs are so much fun)!

Butter's mom was a black Cocker Spaniel and she got loose out in the country on New Years eve and they think dad was a Yellow Lab.  Butter is now about a year and half old.  So he's about as big (tall) as he'll get.  Weighs about 45-50 lbs, depending on the run/swim and how much he has beg for food.

If I could teach him to ride a bike.  He would be a Tri Dog.  Loves to swim/run/fetch/fart.
