Run
Comments: Not too sure what I did differently in this race that I haven't done in other races but this was the FIRST marathon that I ran from start to finish without stopping. And after my disaster run at the Marine Corp Marathon 3 weeks ago, I know what I accomplished today should not have been humanly possible! What would you do differently?: Nothing . . . except maybe arrive on time. Post race
Warm down: Little stretching What limited your ability to perform faster: NOTHING!!! I couldn't be happier with this effort! Event comments: Not being from Philadelphia, I have ALOT of complaints about the city. But when it comes to putting on races, the city of Philadelphia is second to none. I truly truly enjoy running this race and I haven't been able to find one complaint other than lack of close parking which is kinda beyond the organizer's abilities. Finished 2952nd out of 3824 males running the race. Last updated: 2005-11-20 12:00 AM

Tried the mini bagels from Walmart and I just dipped them into the peanut butter. Made things alot easier. Drank the normal amount of water before the start.
None - a slighly late arrival at the start forced me to just drop off my bag and begin running. No problems like I expected though.
