Geniuses at FEMA...

I love it.  First they are idiots because they aren't doing enough.  Now they are offering something (regardless if it is needed or not) and they are idiots for offering it.  Something else you'd like to criticize?

No they are idiots because they are not paying attention to the situation. They are operating by beaureaucratic rote that has no basis in the reality of the situation. It's the same thing as Brownie going on CNN and denying that there were people in the convention center.

You have to wonder if they notice the whooshing sound as things blow righjt past them. Given that a freaking hurricane snuck up on them I think not.

You misunderstand my point.  I am not defending their idiocy.  I'm attacking the critics.  Nothing better than listening to a rant and following it with "So what is your solution?" and listening to the chirping of the crickets that follows.  And on the rare occasion that someone has an idea, following with "So what have you done about it?".  Never heard anyone say anything other than "Nothing".
