still having trouble saving strength workout. Here are the steps I took:
1. put in my bike time
2. went down to strength and added basic ex. from workout
3. I then went down and added the reps, weight, sets ....
4. Added my comment for the workout
5. Hit blog to "save and return to blog
Just thinking that it might work if I enter one at a time and save each. It seems that might take twice as long but might work. Thoughts? |
