So how does BT know that I am regular? Is there some kind of bran/fiber counter built into my keyboard? Is there some BT operative out there that is stalking me? Do they track it by how much toilet paper I buy?

This has me pretty freaked out can someone enlighten me?

It's a fairly complex algorithm based on your running/cycling stats and your weight. Interestingly, swimming has no effect on it.
