Bike smart phone holder Any suggestions?

Expert  1168    Lansdale, PA. |  Subject: Bike smart phone holder Any suggestions?Like many of you I have a smart phone that does nearly everything including GPS and time/distance. Does anyone know of a decent weather resistant holder that would mount to the bars or stem so it can be used while riding? I have looked on line but haven't had much luck.
