Veteran  485   Elmira, ON |  Subject: lookin for a running coach in kw...Can someone recommend an instructor and pass on contact info. who can help with my running. 5 and 10 km distances for tri's. I'm out of elmira so preferably waterloo, but anywhere near would be great. Would like some help with technique, training routines, etc. Thanks, |

I will contact sean d. To see if he can help though. I am interested in specific one on one help. Ya...I'm that bad... It shouldn't be to hard to contact sean....as it appears he works in the same chiropractic office as my chiropractor at price health centre. Lol. What a small world! |
