The performance of the site over the past week or so seems to have gotten worse and worse. Yesterday I kept encountering 500 errors when trying to go to various logs; this morning, getting a 500 error when trying go to to the BT Blogger. Also, it was taking 10-20 seconds at times to open up my own log. This has been happening consistently for the past week or so, and it is from home, from work, my mobile device, and it's only BT.

I know that the site is being upgraded. Perhaps the servers need to be upgraded as well?  Smile

I noticed the same thing, mostly the lag when trying to open a link.

Site performance should be vastly improved.  That is all one of our programmers did this week.  We made a lot of forum and search optimizations, plus optimizing every page that we came across in the error logs.

It has been much better ... but still lags when I try to inspire or post a reply to a thread, on my blog or in PM.  Last night I typed in a big workout in the little "training" box and I highlighted and copied it before I hit submit ... lucky thing too because it timed out and I lost the whole thing! 

Otherwise threads and blogs open pretty fast today! 

More often you can hit your back button and it'll still be there.  Not that it isn't a good idea to copy it just in case
