Has anyone found my motivation to run?  I lost it somewhere!  I need someone to jump on my *** and tell me to get out there and run tonight!  ANd give me a really really hard time tomorrow if I don't.

"Run a mile under 14 minutes"

I believe this is one of your goals. If you don't run you'll never cross it off.

When I don't feel like running, I say to myself, if it still sucks after 15mins I can turn around and go back home. But then at least I've done a minimum half hour. Sometimes it does suck, but for the most part it doesn't.

Make sure you're fully hydrated and have eaten something that will give you the energy to get through the session.

Go out there, run somewhere new, run with someone, just run!!!

I think it is skipping town with mine. LOL. But really it is just in front of you you need to get out and catch it. Someone wiser than I said if you do not feel like running go to your running place and take off for just 10 min then decide weather to finish the run or walk back at least you will have run for 10 min and walked for 15. Hang in there I am...

Okay, so this is definitely funny. I only did one mile....... but I did it under 14 minutes. Serves me right, lose my motivation, don't wanna go. - Get my butt out there, and do better than I ever have (okay since like age 12)!

I think my motivation was hanging out with yours.   My motivation had nothing left to do so it came home this morning and I took it with me on my run.  I only stopped at 7 miles cause I ran out of time.  Hurray for running.

Oh and look, I got my purple star today too.
