Who would ever by this story? yup, anything you say can and WILL be used against you in a court of law. /facepalm Certainly not defending the guy, but from a legal standpoint if he would have said nothing they likely wouldn't have been able to charge him with anything because they'd have to prove he knew it was stolen. |
