Subject: verizon cell phone
just got a new motorola RAZR V3m...and I don't like it. It's got bright red verizon bars across the top and bottom of the display screen that won't go away, even if I change the "themes" or teh wallpaper. In fact, changing themes doesn't seem to do anything. Also, you can only customize one button, instead of six like many otehr phones. what gives? Anyone have the same beef? The salespeople are all clueless and rolled their eyes at me.

Have you tried throwing the phone at their foreheads? That usually works for me.

That's the crime deterent feature. I thought online Sprint had that.

i have the same phone and i hate it.  hate it,.  hate it.  i spent 4 months with my samsung phone and a broken LCD screen.  then i remembered i was paying for internet and text messaging that i couldnt use, so i finally broke down and got a new one.  oh, did i mention that i HATE this phone,

i have this nasty habit of losing cell phones. like, 4 in less than one year. So now I just buy cheapo ones off Ebay, and frankly, they're great (ok, so I have lost one of those too) I don;t need fancy schmancy stuff, like cameras or web service. I just can;t see paying for good phones anymore.

That being said, if you hate your phone, dump it on ebay! people (like me!) will buy anything!
