Subject: RE: Mixing plans?Essentially you will be using the HM from now till Feb 10th. You will be using the HIM plan from December-ish to March 31st (minus the run part). From December to Feb 10th, the plan will be a hybrid between the two. Then you will be using the Full HIM plan from Feb 10th till your March 31st race HIM. DELETE ALL of your 'Planned Training' from now till March 31st, 2007. (It seems you have part of a tri plan loaded between Feb 10 and March 31 and also I don't think your current HM plan seems to end on Feb 10ths race)...just make sure it's the 'Planned training' . You can verify the deletion by looking in your 'planned calendar' to make sure November to March is clear. Then go to http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?h=1 - Select the HIM plan, select 'Import', toggle 'import concludes at' and put in the 'Race Date' 3/31/07 for the HIM. Keep all of the 'Import Options' selected.
- DELETE all of the run's of the HIM BEFORE 2/10/2007.
- Select the HM plan, select 'Import', toggle 'import concludes at' and put in the 'Race Date' 2/10/2007. ONLY keep the 'run' import options checked PLUS 'overall comments and notes'
That should do it. You may want to skip the strength session 1-2 weeks before the HM that are part of the HIM plan. Ask Mike on that. Then just go back through and move the days around that you need to do. I'm more than willing to do this if it's a bit much. |
