Subject: RE: Training I am not too sure if my advice is a little too late, but here is my training schedule:
Sun-Brick
Mon-run 30 min
swim 1 hour (with coach )
Tues-cycle 1.5 hours
swim 1 hour (with coach )-I usually ride witha group and cut off and ride to my swimming practice
Wed-run 45 min
Thurs-cycle 1.5 hours
swim 1 hour (with coach )-I usually ride witha group and cut off and ride to my swimming practice
Fri-OFF DAY!
Sat-mtn bike for about 1.5 hours instead of road
I need to incorporate weight lifting, but I have not done so already. But I am thinking about adding it on Wed, Fri and Sat.
Also, every time I run, I do a serious ab workout and stretch extremely well.
