Oooops, looks like we all deserted Vancity yesterday and left him the lone soldier to carry on.
37 min. easy pace run followed by various core exercises including push up challenge week 3, day 2 (20, 25, 15, 15, 20) Missed my last set by 5 push ups....I'm such a wuss.

Vancity, I use this as a motivator for doing my upper body core work outs....helps keep me on track. I've come to realize that all these years of endurance sports/training has left me with less than desirable upper body strength....you young guys probly don't have to worry about that yet.

Nope, couldn't do it. I made it to 30 and collapsed. Guess I'm repeating week 5. When I look at the expectations for week 6, it's just as well.
I'm still hoping to do 1000 pushups before January 1st.
