Subject: Overseas dates wrong on Garmin Download

I recently moved to Okinawa Japan and am having trouble with the Garmin downloads. I ran this morning Saturday Feb 7 @ 6:37 a.m. It shows up on Garmin correctly, it shows up on Motion Based correctly but when I try to download it to BT it tells me that no run is found. I have to go back a day (back in time to input the information which kind of jacks up the whole idea of logging my data.

I'd be greatful for any advice you can give. Thanks. Chris

I've added a picture of where I get to run now....i'd say it's a step up from Jacksonville Florida....a big step.

The first thing to do is to change is your local time setting in your Control Panel. It's currently set to EST which is 14 hours behind Okinawa.

Your Garmin unit, the computer you're using and our server all have to be in agreement as to what "today" means to themselves and each other when looking for workouts.

Once you set your time in your Control Panel, try again and let us know the results.

Still no luck. I refreshed the training log page and the control panel page and the workouts are still not being found. Any other ideas?

I think I have a solution for this. I have to bring my kids to karate and run a few errands this morning, then
I'll have some time to work on it this afternoon.

After I do a local test of the fix, I'd like you to test it before we apply it to the whole site. I'll send you a PM letting
you know where and how as soon as it's ready. Shouldn't take too long.
