Goals/ Settings page freezing up

Is this still an issue?

For me on my computer setup it is, just updated all vista updates and also downloaded IE8 but still is freezing up, need to find an XP computer today to test it on there. Both my desktop and laptop are basically configured the same with the same apps so need to find a simpler setup to test, will let you know.

Both are computers I use for work so have Visual studio 2008, sql 2005 and other development tools running on them so not sure if one of these is interfering yet.

Will let you know the outcome of the test on an xp computer.

I wouldn't go to too much trouble testing anything related to the goals section today. There's a fairly major change in the pipeline for it that is most likely going to go live tonight.

Just tried again on tonight on 2 other computers both running XP, one running IE7 with basically nothing else on it and the othere IE6 with a few apps. Both still had the page freeze up and not respond. Tried clicking the Edit tab in the goals section and clicking on the settings icon, both with the same result. Hopefully you all may have some idea since it doesn't appear this is affecting anyone else. If nothing else feel free to clear my settings that are not needed in case something I have added is causing it to hang.

I'm able to log in as you and go into all of these functions without problems. Try using IE in Safe Mode and viewing them. That might help narrow the cause down.

• Go to Start > Run
• Type iexplore -extoff
• Press Enter

Tried your suggestion, when I went in it did seem to freeze so just left it, came back a couple hours later and I was in, but after clicking around a little froze up again. So downloaded firefox on my laptop and it worked no problem.

So it is not an issue really anymore with me I have no problem going through firefox to update it when I need to. Will some time mess around with various IE settigns to see what the problem is but am happy I can get in now to edit. thanks for your assistance, new site is awesome by the way!

FYI, tried it in IE now after i made changes in Firefox and it works fine.
