Subject: Weekend workouts- staying local.......Things not falling into place as I would have liked for Sat MOO ride but that is perfectly fine. If anybody wants to play: Sat- 2x Hills o' New Berlin route. This course was the meat and potatoes of a successful MOO 07 campaign. Once loop is hurty, two is quad bursting, three has never been attempted (late summer foreshadowing?). Elevation works out to a touch more than what you get at MOO. Plan is 530am wheels out from Princeton Club. Loop is about 40 miles and we will take time for refilling after loop one. Can only do one loop? That is cool too but I can only tell ya what time the first one will take off  Sunday- gots 18 miler. If anyone wants to join in, hoping to kick off around 530 but a little more flexible. Can take off from Princeton or my place. Will be doing loops from wherever to fill up bottles, so can dice ya up smaller increments. Expect a 715-8pace but i will work with what you want to run. Goal is to just churn out the miles comfortably. |
