So the first tri is saturday. It's just a sprint and it's only wednesday, but man I'm starting to get that "high" feeling. I've been sick or injured for so friggin' long I just feel like I'm nowhere near prepared haha. I did go for a swim today and knock out a 1:45/100m average for 400m, so if I can replicate something close to that saturday I feel pretty good on the swim. Biking... well I'd say I'm back to 90% after my wreck, but this will be an unfamiliar course so...who knows. And of course the run... just a 4k, but man, my run has really suffered after a month of NO running.
Oh well, I'm just going to have some fun and get some experience...

Am I forgetting anything?
Bike
Bike Shoes
mini-pump / some tools
Running Shoes
Socks
Towel
Helmet
Glasses
Goggles
race clothes
Race Belt
Am I missing anything?

I'm not sure how long the bike is but you probably want a bottle for some water or sports drink, otherwise looks like you have everything. Goodluck with your first race this weekend!

depending on the time of day/location you may want some sun screen.  A sports drink has already been mentioned - you're good to go.

enjoy the first triathlon.  my tip would just be sure to take your time in the transitions - make sure you don't forget anything or rush into anything.  I think my t1 time during my first tri was about 8 min, t2 about 3 min... distinctly remember drinking a 64 oz gatorade and having a conversation with a fellow first timer.  good luck

Have a great time - there's some good articles about setting up your transition area and what to bring on here.  Just relax and have a blast.  Look forward to reading your race report
Good luck

I'm sure you'll be just fine.  Haven't done my first tri yet, but I ran my first 5K this last Saturday and I was nervous going into it as well.  I was under the weather for the week coming into it as well.  Overall I had a great time, learned some things and am looking forward to my next 5K, first triahtlon or whatever.
