Subject: Pre - Race Jitters (Just rambling)So the first tri is saturday. It's just a sprint and it's only wednesday, but man I'm starting to get that "high" feeling. I've been sick or injured for so friggin' long I just feel like I'm nowhere near prepared haha. I did go for a swim today and knock out a 1:45/100m average for 400m, so if I can replicate something close to that saturday I feel pretty good on the swim. Biking... well I'd say I'm back to 90% after my wreck, but this will be an unfamiliar course so...who knows. And of course the run... just a 4k, but man, my run has really suffered after a month of NO running. Oh well, I'm just going to have some fun and get some experience... Am I forgetting anything?
