Fuji Roubaix RC (exclusive color) vs Fuji Team?

Sounds like both bikes are about 50% off at those prices?  The differences seem to be exactly what you mention, Al with better parts or carbon with 105.  Maybe somebody who's better at reading frame geometry can help, but I don't see any big differences there.  FWIW, I test rode the Fuji carbon line all the way to the Dura Ace model against some other carbon bikes and didn't care for it.  I also have an aluminum Fuji TT bike.  I would ride them back to back (to back to back etc.) until one comes out the winner.  Also, I assume they are the same size and both fit?  Don't let a great price push you into one or the other if it doesn't fit.

Yeah for sure, they are both 54cm, and yeah it is a pretty damn good sale.. the weight difference is very small the carbon weighs 18.7 and the alum. weighs 18.6,, im kinda leaning towards the Aluminum, ive never rode a carbon bike, as i have an alum right now and like the stiffness. but my bikenow is a Trek 1000 and its time to upgrade ive been riding that for 6 years.  I guess i could just weigh out if it would be more to upgrade components on a carbon frame  or up grade from alum to carbon while keeping the same components..

IMHO the question is

Is The difference between 105 - ultegra more important than aluminum - carbon frame.

Personally, I think new 105 is just as smooth as my 06 Ultegra (09 CR1 with 105, 06 S32 with ultegra)  In which case, I'd rather have the Team.

That and, the Roubaix is pretty well topped out where its at, The Team has a lot more room to grow with you.

Alright thanx guys for the help, I ended up with the Team Pro.. lil more than i wanted to spend but i think it will be worth it..  They Roubaix was out of stock , so i was going to get the Team and then i realized with the sale going on, it was only going to be like $200 more for the Pro, with all Ultegra..   And on my Trek i ride a 54cm but the 52cm on this pro seems to be my size, not sure what thats about but anyways thanx again.. ~James
