This seems like a rather dangerous idea. What if the cows get the munchies??? They could decimate the farmland in Russia! I would like to see a cow with a fit of the giggles tho.

Hahaha.  Not to be a downer, but I think the THC is really only potent once it reaches a certain temperature.  That's why you only hear of people smoke or cooking with pot. 

Don't ask how I know this.

That says something when you can eat pot and be fine (Well a little mellow) but if you were to eat a ciggarette you'd keel over on the spot.
