Subject: Lets play good idea/bad idea!Good idea: Signing up for a sprint tri to get my out-of-shape butt moving again, and get back in shape! Bad idea: Taking a 1-month "break" in the middle of training to solidify the fact that I am out-of-shape. Holy @#$@ I have 2 months before my next tri!! Why can't I motivate myself? On the bright side, I got my bike tuned up from sitting in the basement all winter and took it out for a 8.5 mile ride yesterday... |
