Subject: Safari keeps kicking me out

I have had this issue before. For some reason Safari keeps logging me out of BT.

Last time this happened, you fine folks suggested that I clear my cookies, which I did. Then I stay logged in, but only briefly before  getting kicked me out AGAIN.

 

Safari really is my fav browser.........anything else just feels odd.

So far it is not happening with Firefox.

 

Any ideas?

It could be a problem with a plugin, perhaps Flash? Does it only happen in the training log or on different parts of the site?

Happens wherever I am on the site.

I do not stay logged in. It just keeps booting me out and returning me to the logon page.

Only with Safari.

Using Firefox to type this......but as I said I prefer Safari.

It sounds like the login cookie is being automatically deleted. Are you using any browser utilities for managing cookies?

Gee Mike....I do not even understand what you are saying?

I am computer illiterate remember?

 

OK my Safari preferences are set to always accept cookies.

But the point is that nothing has changed.....it has always been set that way and I have been using Safari to browse BT for literally years. So i do not understand why i am having issues now.

 

Like I said it did happen before.......and after a while the problem just went away.

No clue.

But now it is back.

No ideas?

It is still happening and mighty annoying.

I basically cannot use Safari at all with BT..........but Firefox seems to be OK

Not a big fan of FF though...

Any other ideas

Other browsers to try?

And now, just as last time, the problem has vanished. 

Weird.

Seems to be a known periodic issue with Safari though, according to a Google search.
