Subject: RE: appreciate feedback on bike positionThere are a few things that I would suggest:
1 ) Turtle your head; looks better in second picture but in the first your head quite high.
2 ) If you are still wearing the LG, tip it back so that the tail is closer to your back (turtling will help with this also )
3 ) Roll your hips forward so your are sitting on the perinum, not your sit bones; this should flatten your chest a little more
4 ) I suspect that if you roll your hips forward, you can go lower in the front; while lower isn't always faster, I suspect it could be in this case
