Just noticed a bug in the planned vs actual java applet.  It doesn't handle the number 0 in it's graphing.  For instance, in my logs, two weeks ago I only had 90 min planned, so it put a point at 90 min, then I had no planned workouts for this last week, so instead of plotting a point on the axis, it just skipped that point all together and plotted a straight line to my planned time of 530 this week.  So glancing at the plot indicates that I had around 300 min planned.

I see, should be an easy change...we had it this way to make some of the other graphs less messy with the zero values, but the AVP graphs should recognize zero on principle.  Will let you know when updated.

that's a configuration setting in the graph. Pretty easy fix.

Vortmax, we just updated the AVP graphs both mini and large version and they will now read ZERO values.  All you have to do is update your log first for the graphs to update.

Let me know how this works.  It should be better at spotting weeks or days without planned training volume.

Slightly related question for you:

I may have missed the post on this, but I am wondering if it is possible to graph AVP with a custom training plan? For some reason, it's not showing up for me. Maybe it's a feature, not a bug?

If it won't show AVP for custom plans, can I make the AVP go away?

Hi anna,

the mini AVP graph charts volume. I checked your plan and looks like it's comprised of all distance values.

And you should be able to make it go away with the little 'change display settings' link at the bottom of it.

Thanks Ron...that makes a lot of sense and a big duh to me....

Maybe I'll just change the plan to volume. I've become attached to the minigraph while doing the Olympic plan these past few months!

And if I haven't said it before, I'll say it again, BT Rocks!!!
