I was doing all cardio and no weight training. I lost lots of muscle in the process. The pounds came back on and brought a few friends with them. That's me this year to the T. I've lost a good deal of BF getting in the best cardio shape of my adult life and a couple of weeks ago my wife said, "your too skinny, I liked you when you had bigger arms", women! I remember 10-20 years ago lifting a lot to try and get my lean mean weight above 175-180 lbs, this year I go below 175-180 fat lbs for the first time in years and all I get is @#$% for it! |
