So, we just bought one of these new-fangled fully automatic capuccino machines that does everything, including the milk frothing, at the touch of a button.

The problem is that it's too damned easy to make coffee now! I'm on my 4th cup of the day! So, if I am found dead clutching a coffee cup, you'll know why!

Heh.  I have one too.  Mine doesn't automatically froth the milk (I personally thought that feature would be a pain in the butt...don't you have to put milk into some container and keep it in there?).

But mine makes espresso at the touch of a button...very nice indeed.   Of course, I filled it with decaf espresso beans.  Am I a traitor?

Sorry if I make any speeling mistakes, I'm typing at 200 wpm right now! The one I bought has a milk container that you just slide in. It froths the milk, you hit a "clean" button and it rinses the nozzle with steam, then you pull it out and put it back in the fridge.

It talks to me too. I can hear it right now. It's whispering to me, "C'mon you wuss! Four cups is nothing. Have a couple more. Just push the button. You can do it. It takes no time..."

I thought it was funny that the name of the picture was "end of me" then I realized that was the model name.

Looks pretty nice.  We don't have an automatic one, but if I start working from home more, I might just have to buy one.

Naw, I was just joking. The company is DeLonghi, the model is the Magnifica or something like that. I'm hoping the engineers who designed this machine aren't the same ones who have created the stellar reputation for reliability in Italian cars!

I have limited myself to 2 cups today as I don't want to repeat the 1.5 hours of staring at the ceiling trying to sleep again tonight.
