Subject: Smoothies and Food Processors!

Ok, in the last 24 hours, I've had to educate a few of our ladies about the wonders of Food Processors and "Smoothies".  I thought I'd come here and let the rest of you in on a great food secret....

Throw away your blenders (Those things that spin with the glass that holds the stuff), and get yourself a food processor!!!

1. Throw in some fruit (frozen is just fine), low fat organic vanilla yogurt, a little bit of juice, and WALLAH!! in only seconds you have a smoothie with the same consistency as you get at Jamba Juice!  With the food processor, you don't have to let it run forever, AND you don't get big chunks of fruit like you do with a blender.

I also mix in some Glutamine and Protein powder in mine.

No need to thank me for this bit of greatness. Your wonderful smiles will be enough for me.

Uh Hum....As a matter of fact, no.  They are the first on my list of young understudies though.

There are no mistakes in that post, as I had more than a 3 minute block of time to compose it. Posting at work makes me look stoooopider than I am in real life.

Now, back to our topic here....If you, or any of our young ladies would like a link to a cheaper, yet very effective food processor, just give a holler.

Oooohkayyy, I see someone's gotten a little too enthusiastic about using new cooking appliances!  Lets keep the washing machines for the clothes.

SportyBots, you can come over and make a smoothie any time you want.  And yes Tanya, you can make one in the washing machine if you'd like as well.  hehe

I've got an awesome food processor but I don't think it has anything on this thing: Will It Blend?
