Subject: Affraid to Peak Too SoonThis is probably stupid, but I'm a TOTAL newbie, so try not to laugh. I'm 30 days from my 1st Sprint & am really getting into a groove with my training. Consistency (finally I'm being consistent) is really paying off! PR's are happening. Now, seriously, I'm not breaking land-speed records, guys...I'm a new kid. But, for me...these are good distances & times. So, here's my concern: Am I "Peaking" too early? Or, at my training level (wimp) is there really such a thing as a Peak? All advice welcome! |
