Iron Donkey 38643       , Wisconsin |  Subject: 19 mile run tonight right after work...Gotta get it done one way or another. Who wants to join me in a little Z2, looooooooooooooooong, boring, run just after 5? Leaving from 780 Regent, behind the SERF, and meandering parts here and there. I have a couple of trail areas and part of the Moo course I'll be hitting. Bring your water bottle. |

I'm figuring out my out and back and/or circle loop routes to mix things up, which come back to my work place so I can refuel. I'm not doing that stupid thing I did a couple of weeks ago and just do the whole run with one bottle. |

LazyMarathoner - 2009-06-24 9:15 PM I melted out there Phil, hope you got slightly cooler temps since it was later! Stale and VERY muggy and hot still until almost after 8 p.m. at least! The conditions affected my HR - adding 10 more bpm than normal. I had doubts starting my final 6 miles, but DTFU'ed and completed it, though! I didn't see Schwammy along the Capitol square. |
