I get through it by reminding myself that I need the rest before a race, that it will help me be a better triathlete, and also by doing stuff I've neglected during training... haircut, clean the house, laundry, etc. Maybe you could schedule dinner with a friend you haven't seen? Read a book? Get a massage? |
