Setting up yet another morning swim!
Should be good and ready for Muskoka with all this swimming.
Do you think I should be doing some biking and running too?

Nah! You don't need to train for biking and running. We all know the race is won in the swim!

I think I'll be there. Are you biking after?

That never works for me.....I come out great from the swim and then spend the rest of the race watching people pass me on either the bike or the run.

I should have used the sarc font. I didn't really mean that ... I spend my bike being passed by the people I passed on the swim...

I would just keep swimming. I hear the bike portion of Muskoka is easy and has hardly any hills.
