Even for a Wednesday! It is one month until the Hilton Head sprint and I am in better shape than ever. I am down 20 lb's for the year (160 if you include the ex-girlfriend) and actually have a couple of leads regarding new jobs. Friday I leave for NY to spend the weekend with a woman 10 years older than me, way more successful than me, and way out of my league. On the other hand, she must have invited me up for a reason. . For the first time in several years "I don't sweat the small stuff", I make a point of having fun everyday. Fun could be on my bike, in my Brooks running shoes, in the pool, or playing in the floor with my dog while having a Corona and listening to Bob Marley. Yep, Life is Good...even for a Wednesday.

Happy for ya!  I adopted this same attitude about 6 weeks ago when the new job came through (with a much bigger salery than expected), and other things just spiraled out (for the better) from that.....and remember, there is a second part to "don't sweat the small stuff" and that is "it's all small stuff"

Well, DUH! Put two and two together . . .

IMHO, experienced women know their way around the course, if we're going to be triathlon-y about it.

I try to remember those good times when things seem to be trending in the opposite (like now). It's all just a big circle, nothing lasts forever.  You just have to be one of the smart ones like you who knows to appreciate the ride when it's going good, and keep a positive attitude when it's not.

Very, truly happy for your good times!
