This joint is a huge time sink.. So what? I was off for a little over a week with the computer virus from hell and I hardly ran at all. Why? No one to talk to about it who understood. I got back on Thursday night and got back out running this morning and I am so happy I am here to yap to everyone about it and my aches and joys and have people understand. I need this stupid place and I am darn glad it's here.

I'm here on Saturday afternoon, does that count?  Although I'm at work, so I guess its like all those weekdays for everyone else.

That I came into work after my long bike ride today just because Rocket Man told me he posted our Chipotle picture from the race yesterday and part of the reason is because I wanted to catch up on what I missed here Friday afternoon since I left work early..

Oh, and I've met some cool people from here and new training buddies. This site is great.

I have a confession- I read the threads and stuf on weekend nights, but don't repsond becasue I didn't want others making fun of me that I spend my weekend nights (sometimes) on BT.  Ha- I'm not the only one!
