Garmin Upload --- Document Undefined

Extreme Veteran  1005  Sykesville |  Subject: Garmin Upload --- Document UndefinedI've been having trouble uploading from my garmin for about a week now. Every time I try I get a "document undefined" error. I've tried clearing the cache, upgrading the communicator software, upgrading my browser (firefox 3.6.17) and changing to internet explorer but no joy. I have not trouble uploading to the garmin trainining center or WKO+ but BT just doesn't seem to like the files. I was able to upload one workout here but then everything broke again. Extreme Veteran 1005 Sykesville | Subject: RE: Garmin Upload --- Document Undefined So through trial and error and talking to Garmin (still not resolved) it appears the my run files are corrupt but not the bike files. Since the files seems to be OK have you given any thought to allowing people to directly upload a TCX file instead of using the garmin communicator plug in? |

Master 1826 | Subject: RE: Garmin Upload --- Document Undefined I had an issue with a corrupt file that was causing the plugin to crash. The way BT reads the files it reads all the files in the History directory. So if one file is corrupt it will crash the plugin, if you have a ton of workouts it slows the process a ton. Trying moving the older files (with one that may be corrupt) out of the history directory. C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\GARMIN\Devices\%deviceid%\History |
