Subject: RE: Newbie in need of help!It sounds like you are running for a distance instead of running a set time each time you work out. I've heard that the best way to start training is to build endurance by running a set time. As you build endurance, you're going to start running faster.
There are some great plans here for helping you build your endurance that you can follow. I followed the "Couch to 5k (aggressive )" plan and it worked out great for me. |
