I'd like it to... * Help prioritize requests * Assign i/t effort (cost) to a request (how long did it take to fix) * Show which depts utilize our 1-man i/t dept the most. * Reporting...give us reports for active requests, last months activity, ytd activity, sorted however we want. * email the user when their request has been completed (too much to ask?)
